I Like Blinking
I saw a sign in a room that read: “Cherish the simple things in life.” My mind immediately moved to, “how would Duffy read this?” That’s the risks of doing a comic strip. Everything is a potential gag. Now I can’t enjoy the accolades or self affirmation signs I come across any more.
Darn the luck.

Cherish the simple things, huh? No wonder I’ve always hated math…
Yeah. You and me both brotha! That’s why I draw for a living.
Blinking stops me staring too much at people & prevents me looking too creepy. I guess that has made me a better less creepy person so that’s a bonus.
See. It is something to be cherished.
Does the blinker on my truck count? Sometimes it stays on. :OP
If that’s what works for you, then… sure. 😛
I appreciate not having things in my eye. And I think it’s because of blinking! Don’t anyone underestimate blinking!! 🙂
Oh no, no, no. Blinking is very important. One should NOT mock blinking.
I think this might be my new favorite comic from the series.
Nice. I love hearing things like this.
Fish will never cherish the simple things like Duffy. 🙂
Fish. Well played Court. you see, fish don’t blink…. therefore…. they aren’t happy……yeah, I ruined it, didn’t I?
I’m blinking with happiness!
LOL!
Like breathing, so simple but so very important!
Breathing’s overrated.
Cherish the simple things like being a bear and living in the woods and not having to pay taxes or have health insurance.
That does seem like a simpler life, doesn’t it?
It’s a complicated concept.
If you’ve ever been involved in a high-speed blinking accident? You’ll realize how right you are.
Blinking made me a better person. It’s how I let people know I’m listening to them when they speak to me.
LOL. And the slower we blink, it indicates we are listening… all ….. the…………more…………… intently………………
