Dogonit, People Like Me
Huh. A snake with a complex? Who knew.
The grand opening is moving along. Next week, we’ll continue. Lots of stuff to come including another appearance of our band Foo Fighters. Should be a hoot.
I’l also tossing around the idea of possibly taking Flatt Bear to five days. If that happened, I would have to drastically change my workflow. Get these strip assembled quicker and more efficiently. I like the idea of the added days in a story arc during the week. We’ll see. Maybe I’ll try an experiment sometime for a week or two to see if it can be done.
Till then, have a great weekend.
Cheers!
He writes so eloquently and he looks so dapper!
He’s quite the catch.
Nipples are in the eyes of the short. Heres hoping its a warm day! [blinks]
Stuart Smalley has got nothing on him.
LOL. I’m glad someone got the reference.
Shouldn’t that be a poisonous smile?
Don’t know if he’s a poisonous snake. Sure he wats to kill right about now tho.
Carl is a good guy to have around! (Affirmation card #35.)
Who else would hang with Duffy?
That’s something I want to try too, PJ . . . but man (work, work, work). Good luck with it.
And Carl is just sensitive. 😉
Yeah. It’s a scary thought. I’ve already turned my wife into a comic strip widow 3 nights a week. That’s why if I streamline my workflow, maybe I can sneak the other two strips into my current schedule. Probably not though.
Flatt Bear five days a week?!
That would be excellent!
Good luck! 😀
We shall see.
Do you have a buffer, PJ? How long does it take for you to make one strip?
No buffer. I can’t seemed to work a buffer in. It takes me about 3 hours per strip. That includes penciling, lettering, inking, and coloring. That’s the thing, I’ll have to be more efficient with that process. I’ve been getting lazy about waiting to the last minute to even start.
He’s slitheringly smooth with the ladies.
Heh, indeed he is.
Five days a week! That’s a tall order! 🙂
yeah. That’s why I’m “considering” it.
