I Was Bound to Happen
Well here’s the deal. With the fact that I’m am making this entry from a hospital bed, I will unfortunately miss today’s post. This was something I was hoping to avoid. I wanted the be able to claim I had a years worth of constant post Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But alas, that’s not going to be the case. I think I should be outta here by tomorrow and be back on schedule by Friday. And just saying, it’s amazing how much havoc something as small as 3 mm can play on one’s body.
Duffy thanks you for you patients (not the hospital kind, I have plenty of those already).
So in keeping with the spirit of things, enjoy this throwback from waaaay back to …. January 15, 2014. Ok, maybe not that far back, but it’s the thought.
Keys end up in bodies all the time. It’s just that no one thinks to look there when they lose them.
Hope it’s nothing serious PJ. Get well soon.
Thanks Tony.
So every time you sit you press the lock/unlock button on the key fob. Yeah, had that happen to me too! :OP
Joking aside, I hope you are well on your way to a full recovery and splendid health!
Thank Joseph. On the mend.
That would be the craziest place I ever misplaced my keys! Best wishes, P.J., hope you get back on your feet soon!

Hopefully not misplaced by a doctor. There’s nothing that stokes fear in ones heart when you hear a doctor say, “have you seen my…”
The patient remembers that surgery every time he goes through a metal detector
It’s like a souveneer.
Coffee. Check.
Morning snack. Check.
Computer on. Check.
Dose of Flattbear. Che…er…what!
Strong need for Mr. Day’s recovery. CHECK
Get better soon P.J. I say that sincerely and selfishly. 🙂
I can assure you I shall do my best. Working on Fridays update as we speak.
WOW PJ! I remember reading a tweet where you mentioned not feeling well. I hope you get home soon! I say “home” instead of “well” because I know getting home is everyone’s first priority when in the hospital. Getting better happens after you’re home. 😉
I’m on the mend now so, to quote a great musician, “it’s getting better all the time.”
Hope things get back to normal, PJ!
They’re getting there thanks.
How fitting for you to repost this strip.
Your mom and I wish you the best and a quick recovery.
See you later…
Dear ol’ Dad
Thanks pops!
Feel better. Save the stone and have it polished, makes for a nice shiny place setting on a ring for the wife! [grin]
I’ll take that under advisement. Lol.
Sorry to hear, P.J. Hope all is well. Look forward to regular updates! Cheers!
thanks
Oh Wow!! Hope you feel better fast!! Take care!!!!
Thanks. I hope so too.
Feel better soon, P.J., and I hope you find your keys! 😉
Well that would explain why I am in so much pain
I’m hoping & praying you are much better today.
Thanks!
