If you don't know what head cheese is, it's not cheese but it is made of heads.  Nasty.  Google it up if you don't believe me. P.S: NFL, please don't sue.

    I saw a show called Diners, Drives and Dive-ins where they made head cheese. It looks gross!

      Never ate it myself. I recently saw it in the meat counter the other day. Nasty looking stuff.
