Happy New-Bear

Well, there you have it.  Leaving behind an old comfy year for a newer uncertain one.  We are forced to break it in and make it our own and when we finally are satisfied with how it feels, we have to do it all over again. So, any regrets left behind in the comfy one?  Absolutely.  I regret not picking up that quarter in the parking lot when I found myself one quarter short at the tire inflating machine at the gas station hours later. And I regret seeing the movie Oblivion.  Other than that, I'm  good.  In fact, the quarter thing isn't really that big of a deal, so.... one regret. And what of the future?  What lies ahead for our beloved Flatt Bear?  Exciting times ahead for sure.  I plan to work this next year, honing the strip into what I think will be much tighter art and gags.  I have planned many new story-arcs and even a new character or two as well.  And there is a particularly interesting turn of events that will effect a well-know-bear and will blow your mind and make things really interesting around Flatt Bear.  Stay tuned. So from all of us here at Flatt Bear, we wish all a Happy New Year!!!! Cheers.

    But the new one looks so fresh & exciting but it’ll probably be filled with the same old worries & problems though…
    At least if I don’t expect too much I won’t be overly disappointed when it all goes pear shaped
